Regional Operations Manager

Communities is a growing real estate investment company which owns
and operates a high quality portfolio of manufactured home
communities in the United States. We attract the best people to help

We
are currently seeking candidates for Regional Operations Manager.
The position oversees the operations of a portfolio of residential
communities, currently concentrated in the Midwest but expanding as
the company grows through acquisitions.
Job
Requirements:
* 5+ years experience with multi-site property management
* Hospitality and/or Property Management industry experience
preferred
* Strong Sales and Marketing skills
* Strong customer service and public relations skills, ability to
communicate clearly and effectively with customers, co-workers,
managers and residents
* Experience preparing business plans and budgets
* Excellent organization and project management skills; ability to
multi-task a must
* Leadership skills
* Computer literate: MS Word, Excel, Power Point preferred.
* Bachelor degree required
